The all-purpose laser work station

For cutting, welding, structuring or marking; as a stand-alone work station or integrated into the production line; the Cube is a new efficient solution for manual and semiautomated manufacturing. The Cube is an all-purpose housing concept which can be fitted with a wide range of ROFIN laser sources designed for most different laser applications.

The hood of the housing can be opened wide providing easy access to the high-precision process chamber. In production, fast opening and closing doors for loading and unloading - from three sides if required - allows for short cycle times. Thus, the Cube can be perfectly set up for both manual loading and automated feeding via assembly line, robot or lift positioning gears.

Laser source, beam delivery, optical system, galvo head or fixed optics – choosing the Cube, a customer gets a complete system which is individually tailored according to their application. The RCU (Rofin Control Unit) integrated laser control drives the galvo head control and motor-driven axes – without the necessity for additional external controllers. The Cube is operated via a central touch screen which can be freely positioned.

The Cube work station is available as a Micro or a Marking version, two different basic versions for cutting, welding and structuring or marking applications.
