General Info

Rofin Diode Lasers are used for industrial materials processing applications. Optimized cooling concepts and stacking technology for the diode elements allow the laser to achieve powers which compete with conventional gas or solid-state lasers. Rofin diode lasers have wall plug efficiencies of up to 25 %, are compact, and virtually maintenance free.
The DL-Q series is available with rectangular, nearly square and circular beams, the latter by coupling into a fiber optic. These features combined with a variety of wavelengths offer the flexibility needed for a wide range of applications such as hardening, welding, cladding, brazing and surface treatment.
