Training - ROFIN-BAASEL Laser Academy
WELL TRAINED = MORE EFFICIENT
As part of Rofin-Baasel’s continuous commitment to
Customer service, the newly re-structured Laser Academy
aims to meet the training needs of new and existing
customers with a number of structured training courses.
Standard one-day courses currently available:
- BASIC OPERATOR TRAINING
Understanding how laser works, safety considerations,
basic introduction to LaserCAD/VLM programming, fault finding
on system, and practical session on one of our training lasers.
- APPLICATION TRAINING
For existing users of Rofin-Baasel lasers wanting to develop skills.
Practical work during the course introduces different materials
and enables newly learnt skills to be applied.
- REFRESHER TRAINING
Reiterates safety considerations and basics of laser. Key
operational components explained and how to fault find small
problems. Further training in LaserCAD/VLM programming and
practical session
on one of our training lasers.
- ADVANCED TRAINING
Designed as a ‘hands on’ course where reassembling
main components
of the laser is taught. Ways of maintaining the laser to achieve
trouble
free operation.
In addition to the standard courses on offer, customer specific
courses can be tailored to individual requirements.
