Laser marking: durable and biocompatible

While ablation of material generates engravings, coloring or discoloring is another powerful technique of laser marking – as durable and without adding any undesirable substances: annealing marking of metals and carbonization or foaming of polymers creates corrosion-free markings without surface modification by corrugations or burrs.

On-the-fly

Technically, shapes and contents of laser markings are almost without limits, whether it is marking implants, medical devices or surgical instruments with data matrix codes to ensure traceability.
Especially for marking, the flexible, computer-aided control is an important feature. It allows for the individual marking of each workpiece, and even onthe-fly marking of fast moving parts is no problem.

EasyMark
The EasyMark is an innovative laser marker with high beam quality and wide range of applications. Its compact size makes the EasyMark zu an easily transportable desktop device. The 100 V – 240 V connection and an integrated cooling based on thermo-electrical technology ensure quick and easy initial operation without requiring any additional device like for example an external cooling.

SL-Manual I
A space-efficient laser workstation with a wide range of applications: the ability to integrate a variety of different ROFIN laser markers offers a great number of different application possibilities for small and medium size batches. The glove-box type access of the SLM I Advanced enables comfortable handling of small and medium size batches within the closed operation area.

SL-Manual II
The handlings of the SL Manual II series are designed for manual loading and unloading with turntable or sliding door. They are reliable, economical and easy to operate. Supply unit and operating panel are integrated in the housing of the handling, this providing a small footprint for efficient use of the manufacturing space. The SLM II has been designed to integrate a wide selection of ROFIN laser markers.
