High-Precision Laser Cutting Machine with High Capacity

The StarCut Tube 2+2  cuts high-precision components like stents or other implants with any geometry out of thin-walled tubes with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 7 mm and a length of 260 mm Simple retooling from processing of tubes to flat surfaces.

Furthermore, the additional CNC controlled z and y axes allow off-axis cutting and telecentric cuts with parallel cutting edges can be realized in tubes.

Different beam sources - StarFiber, StarFemto, StarCut 12 fm, StarCut 18 or other laser sources can be integrated which can create cut widths smaller than 15 microns. Our application lab features systems equipped with all laser technologies where our customers in close co-operation with our experts carry out tests and and compare different methods.
