The PowerLine SL lasers were developed for processes that make high demands on beam quality and the pulse-to-pulse stability with high frequencies. The  compact laser head houses the pump diode and the RF generator. This facilitates integration and allows great distances between the place of operation and supply unit. The supply module of the laser requires 3 rack units in a 19“ industrial rack mount. The laser system has an integrated shutter and a safety circuit according to EN-954-1 / EN 13849-1 which also facilitates direct integration.

The PowerLine SL PV lasers were developed for photovoltaic applications with highest requirements on the beam quality and pulse-to-pulse stability with high frequencies.  With the integration of the beam expansion in the laser head, the laser beam can be used directly without external beam shaping. High long term stability is guaranteed by the new temperature management systems:  independent thermal monitoring, stabilization of all relevant optical components and heat dissipation via cooling plate.
