Selectively and Preserving for the Material

CO₂ laser are well suited for the precise, material selective ablation of plastic layers (PUR, PVS, PEN etc.). The software based image recognition in combination with galvo scanning heads allows the exact positioning of the surfaces that need to be removed. The laser ablation leaves the surfaces of conducting core material undamaged and without process marks such as cracks like at minimal heat input. The possible ablation speeds are max. 100 mm²/s.
