Q-switched lasers with high performance allow the wear-free and selective cleanse of forms and tools from process residues such as soot, silicone, rubber, vulcanizing residues or oils and fat. This treatment is often necessary to prepare the surfaces for subsequent production steps like painting or welding. Due to the contact-free working laser there is not mechanical, chemical or impermissible thermal load carriage material.
The lasers of the DQ Series are for example used for cleansing tire moulds, injection moulds or cast parts. With the help of lasers welding constructions are cleansed before joining or aluminum surface are cleansed before bonding and prepared for the subsequent process.
